Park4Me helps you start and stop paid parking sessions automatically. It determines the applicable tariff zone from your location and computes the billable time from publicly available tariff data published by Gemeente Amsterdam. Zone data and tariffs are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors; you remain responsible for parking legally and for any fines.

If you choose to link a connected vehicle (for example via Volvo ID), Park4Me reads two things from the carmaker's cloud, with your explicit consent given through the carmaker's own login: the engine running status (to detect when you park and when you drive away) and the vehicle location (to pick the correct tariff zone). This access is read-only — Park4Me never sends commands to your vehicle.

You can revoke this access at any time, either from within Park4Me by unlinking the vehicle, or from your carmaker account. Revoking stops all further data access immediately.

Where Park4Me processes parking payments, charges reflect the municipal tariff for the time parked. The backend is the final authority on the billable amount. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their own terms.

Park4Me is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Automatic start and stop depend on signals from your vehicle, your phone, and third-party clouds that may be delayed or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Park4Me and its operator are not liable for missed sessions, incorrect billing, parking fines, or any indirect or consequential loss. You are responsible for confirming that a session is active when required.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
